Determining a Card's Viewing Access: Public and Restricted Cards
You can control who can access a Guru Card using privacy and sharing settings. These settings also let you define whether images and files embedded in a Card can be shared outside your Guru workspace. > 👥

- Only those invited (or Admins) can find or view the Card.
Tip
Want to share content with other Authors before making it visible to everyone? Share the draft instead.
Public
- Public (no sign-in required): Anyone with the link can view the entire Card, including images and attachments.
