Setting up Aha! Tasks as a Source

Access Required

In Guru: You need to be an Admin, Source Creator, or relevant custom role to set up Sources

In Aha!: You must be an Admin in Aha! to connect it as a Source.

Setting up the integration

  1. Go to Manage > Sources in your Guru settings.
  2. Choose Aha! from the list of available integrations.
  3. Confirm that you are an Admin in Aha!.
  4. Filter the data that you want to pull into Guru, you can pull in all tickets or tickets modified after a certain date.
  5. Enter your Aha! team domain. To find this log into Aha! and copy the URL before the ".aha.io/..."
  6. Add a display name for the Source (optional) and click Connect Source.
  7. Assign which Guru Groups should have access to this content.
