Access Required

Guru Access: You need to be an Admin, Source Creator, or relevant custom role to set up Sources.

Microsoft 365 Sales Access: You have Administrator or Manager permissions in your company's Microsoft Dynamics instance or someone has shared their access with you.


Setting up Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales as a Source

  1. In Guru, go to Manage.
  2. Select Sources, then click Add Source.
  3. Choose Microsoft 365 Sales from the list of integrations.
  4. Select Authorize Access.
  5. Enter your Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales subdomain. For example, if the URL that you see while logged into your account is "acme.crm.dynamics.com", enter acme.crm.
  6. Authorize using your Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales credentials.
  7. Add a display name for the Source (optional) and click Connect Source.
  8. Assign which Guru Groups should have access to this content.
