Setting up Pipedrive as a Source
Connecting Pipedrive makes it easy to surface customer relationship data directly in Guru. Learn how to connect your Pipedrive CRM, manage permissions, and turn existing deal, contact, and account information into trusted, searchable resources
Access RequiredGuru Access: You need to be an Admin, Source Creator, or relevant custom role to set up Sources
Pipedrive Access: You need to have access to generate an API token in Pipedrive.
Setting up Pipedrive as a Source
- In Guru, go to Manage.
- Select Sources, then click Add Source.
- Choose Pipedrive from the list of CRM integrations.
- (Optional) Filter your content to narrow the scope of what is synced to Guru.
- Enter your Pipedrive subdomain For example, if the URL that you see while logged into your account is "acme.pipedrive.com", enter "acme".
- Authenticate using your Pipedrive API Key. You can find by clicking on your account name in the top right > Company Settings > Personal Preferences > API. Paste the API Token.
- Add a display name for the Source (optional) and click Connect Source.
- Assign which Guru Groups should have access to this content.
Objects synced from Pipedrive
Primary objects are the objects used to generate the search record.

Permissions
- When you connect Pipedrive as a source in Guru, you'll permission that content in Guru. Learn more here.
- If someone is not provided with access in Guru to this source, they will not see Pipedrive results in searches or when chatting with Guru.
