Announcement Analytics Dashboard
The Announcements analytics dashboard provides visibility into how your team engages with important updates. With this data, company leaders can understand how different Groups and individuals are consuming key communications over time.

Accessing the Announcements analytics dashboard
- Go to Analytics > Announcements dashboard in Guru.
Use the filters at the top of the dashboard to narrow results by timeframe or Group. If no announcements were sent or read during the selected timeframe, you'll see a "No data found for this query" message.
Understanding Announcements reports
Announcements send and read rate over time
- Area graph showing weekly announcement send and read rates across the workspace or filtered Group.
- A user is counted as "Read" when they click I Read It on an announcement.
- The bar graph indicates number of announcements sent, and the yellow line graph indicates the percentage of read rate based on the announcements sent that week.
Announcement Breakdown
- Send date
- Announcement title
- Announcement text
- Card title
- Total number of users the announcement was sent to
- Open count
- Open percentage
- Read count
- Read percentage
User Announcement behavior
This table provides insight into each user's announcement activity:
- User Display Name – Full name.
- Email – Guru login email.
- Announcements Received – Total number of announcements delivered.
- Open Count – Number of announcements opened (but not confirmed read).
- Percent Opened – Percentage of opened announcements.
- Announcements Read – Number of announcements marked as read.
- Percent Read – Percentage of read announcements out of total received.
