Setting up Workday Help Articles as a Source
Connecting Workday Help Articles makes it easy to bring your existing help content into Guru as a searchable Source. Your team can find answers from Workday documentation directly within Guru's search and AI-powered tools
Access RequiredGuru Access: You need to be an Admin, Source Creator, or relevant custom role to set up Sources.
Workday Access: You must have Workday admin privileges to create the required API Client.
Setting up Workday Help Articles as a Source
Before you begin, you'll need to create a Workday API Client within your Workday instance. This requires Workday admin access and must be configured with the correct OAuth redirect URL.
- In Guru, go to Manage.
- Select Sources, then click Add Source.
- Choose Workday Help Articles from the list of integrations.
- Authenticate using your Workday API Client credentials.
- Configure your sync preferences:
- Audiences: Select one or more audiences who should have access to the articles.
- Article Statuses: Choose which article statuses to include (e.g., published, draft).
- Click Connect Source.
- Assign which Guru Groups should have access to this content..
