Setting up Shortcut as a Source

Access Required
Guru Access: You need to be an Admin, Source Creator, or relevant custom role to set up Sources
Shortcut Access: You must have Admin access in Shortcut to generate the API Token needed for authentication.

Setting up Shortcut as a Source

In Guru, go to Manage.
Select Sources, then click Add Source.
Choose Shortcut from the list of Project Management integrations.
Enter your API Token. To find this in Shortcut, click on your avatar in the bottom left corner > Settings > API Tokens > Generate Token. Paste that token where prompted to authenticate.
Add a display name for the Source (optional) and click Connect Source.
Assign which Guru Groups should have access to this content.

If someone is not provided with access in Guru to this source, they will not see Shortcut results in searches or when chatting with Guru.
