Setting up Shortcut as a Source
Connect Shortcut to make your stories, epics, and project data searchable through Guru's AI-powered Answers. Learn how to connect your Shortcut workspace, manage permissions, and turn existing project information into trusted, searchable resources.
Access RequiredGuru Access: You need to be an Admin, Source Creator, or relevant custom role to set up Sources
Shortcut Access: You must have Admin access in Shortcut to generate the API Token needed for authentication.
Setting up Shortcut as a Source
- In Guru, go to Manage.
- Select Sources, then click Add Source.
- Choose Shortcut from the list of Project Management integrations.
- Enter your API Token. To find this in Shortcut, click on your avatar in the bottom left corner > Settings > API Tokens > Generate Token. Paste that token where prompted to authenticate.
- Add a display name for the Source (optional) and click Connect Source.
- Assign which Guru Groups should have access to this content.
