• Answers will take the current date into account and will include this logic in the explanation. Depending on the type of Sources you have connected, try asking things like:
  • What are my recent tickets?
  • Where is the recent townhall deck?
  • What's our current PTO policy?
  • What happened in town hall last week?
  • What bugs have been reported in the past month?
  • What was our conversion rate in December 2023?

Simplified Google Drive Source Setup

• Admins no longer need to connect specific folders. Guru will now sync all documents the authorized Google Drive account has access to—including content from shared drives.

Introducing Source Owners

• Assign ownership of Sources beyond Admins. With the new Source Owner role, Admins can delegate management responsibilities to other users.

Knowledge Agent Owners

• Similar to Sources, Admins can now assign others as Knowledge Agent Owners. This makes it easier for teams to manage and update their AI Assistants.

Smart Unfurls Are Here

• Drop a link, and Guru makes it beautiful. Paste a Guru Card, profile, Google Doc, or external link and choose how it displays with the new popover unfurl experience.

Page Owners Now Supported

• Admins can delegate control over Pages by assigning Page Owners. Ownership can go to individuals or Groups.

Trial Accounts Get Sample Data

• New 30-day trials now come pre-loaded with sample users, Sources, Cards, Pages, and more—so you can see Guru in action immediately.

More Transparency in AI Answers

• Understand how Guru’s AI generates an Answer with the new Answer Details panel. See the search terms, key citations, Sources sent to the LLM, and rationale behind the response—all at a glance.

More Sources Per Knowledge Agent

• Each Knowledge Agent can now draw from up to 10 Sources, up from the previous limit of 3.

Page Analytics Are Live

• Get visibility into how Pages are being used. Two new tables show:
  • Total views per Page
  • Views per user
  • Filter by Date, User, Group, or Page Name in Analytics > Pages.

Better Formatting in AI Answers

• Answers with code blocks, tables, and bullet points now display with improved formatting for easier reading.

Draft Collaborator Control

• Any collaborator can now remove others from a draft.
• Note: Collaborators won’t be notified when removed.
• You can’t remove yourself or the draft owner.

Page Analytics Launched

• You can now track page usage directly in the Guru Analytics dashboard.

Slack Source Enhancements

• Slack Sources now include messages beyond 90 days, helping you get deeper insights.#### Upload Files to Knowledge Agents
• You can now upload .PDF or .TXT files as Sources when creating or editing a Knowledge Agent.

Improved monday.com Source Setup

• Choose multiple Boards and Groups during Monday.com Source setup—no need for multiple integrations.

Google Drive Sync Upgrades

• Speaker notes from Google Slides are now included.
• Better parsing of tables from Google Docs.
• Larger Docs/Sheets/Slides are now supported (up to 1MB of text).
  Note: Enhancements apply to newly synced or modified files.

More Accessible Guru Card Links

• Guru Card links within the app now appear with an underline and black styling for clarity. You can still customize link styles from the editor.

Enhanced Answer Analytics

• Export AI Answer performance data.
• Additional filters and data columns now available for deeper insights.
