What counts as an โactionโ in Guru?
- Commenting on a Card
- Viewing, creating, copying, updating, verifying, or deleting a Card
- Copying a Card link
- Favoriting or following a Card
- Viewing or managing folders
- Viewing or copying a file from a Card
- Performing a search

When is a suggestion considered โusedโ?
A suggestion is โusedโ when a user views or copies a suggested Card in the same browser tab where the support app is open and the Guru extension is active. Usage is not tracked if Guru is open in a separate browser tab.
Does a source Card in a suggested answer count as a view?
No. A Card only counts as viewed if the user clicks and opens it. Being listed as a source does not count.
Why does โAdoption over timeโ differ from โTotal Adoptionโ?
- Adoption over time shows weekly engagement, reflecting only the % of users active in a given week.
- Total Adoption counts unique users active across the entire timeframe.
- Example: If two users are active in Week 1 and two different users are active in Week 2, weekly adoption is 50% each week, but total adoption is 100%.
