Guru Access: You need to be an Admin, Source Creator, or relevant custom role to set up Sources

Trello Access: You need to have Admin access in Trello to connect as a Source.


Setting up Trello as a Source

  1. In Guru, go to Manage.
  2. Select Sources, then click Add Source.
  3. Choose Trello from the list of integrations.
  4. When prompted with how you'd like to authenticate, select Use my credentials.
  5. (Optional) Filter your ticket data by date to narrow the scope of what is synced to Guru.
  6. Authenticate using your credentials.
  7. Add a display name for the Source (optional) and click Connect Source.
  8. Assign which Guru Groups should have access to this content.
