The Group and User analytics dashboard gives a detailed view of how individual users and Groups are engaging with Guru over time. This dashboard helps teams assess adoption, track usage trends, and pinpoint specific actions taken across the workspace.

• Everything across your entire workspace
Edit access to at least one Collection as Owner, Author, or Editor)
• All Cards you can access across any Collection

Accessing Users & Groups Analytics
- Navigate to Analytics > Users & Groups in Guru.
Understanding Users & Groups Analytics
Daily Active Users
- Percentage of Guru users who log in every day during the filtered timeframe.
Monthly Active Users
- Percentage of Guru users who log in on a monthly basis during the filtered timeframe.
Feature Usage by User (top 20)
- Top 20 users utilizing Guru broken out by feature usage
Feature Usage by Groups (top 20)
- Top 20 Groups utilizing Guru broken out by feature usage
