Setting up Keap as a Source

Connecting Keap to Guru makes your CRM data searchable and helps your team quickly find customer information, sales context, and account details without leaving their workflow. This integration syncs key objects from Keap to power better, more informed conversations with customers.

Access Required

Guru Access: You need to be an Admin, Source Creator, or relevant custom role to set up Sources.

Keap Access: You must be an Admin in Keap to connect it as a Source to Guru.

Setting up Keap as a Source

  1. In Guru, go to Manage.
  2. Select Sources, then click Add Source.
  3. Choose Keap from the list of integrations.
  4. (Optional) Filter your Keap marketing data by date of last engagement or contact modified date.
  5. Follow the prompts to sign in to your Keap account and grant Guru permission to access your data.
  6. Add your Keap CRM subdomain.
  7. Add a display name for the Source (optional) and click Connect Source.
  8. Assign which Guru Groups should have access to this content.]
