Setting up Ironclad as a Source

Access Required

Guru Access: You need to be an Admin, Source Creator, or relevant custom role to set up Sources.

Ironclad Access: The authenticating user must have access to the Ironclad workspace and the specific contracts or workflows you want to sync.

Setting up Ironclad as a Source

1. In Guru, go to Manage.
2. Select Sources, then scroll to find Ironclad in the list of available sources.
3. Click Add Source next to Ironclad.
4. Select the content you want to sync (optional filtering by date).
5. Authenticate using your Ironclad account credentials.
6. Grant Guru permission to access your Ironclad data.
7. Add a display name for the Source (optional) and click Connect Source.
8. Assign which Guru Groups should have access to this content.

Managing your Ironclad Source

Once connected, you can manage your Ironclad Source from the Manage > Sources page.

View sync status: Check when your Source last synced and whether it's currently syncing.

Modify access: Update which Guru Groups can access content from this Source by selecting Manage access from the Source options menu.

Update connection: If your Ironclad credentials change, you can re-authenticate by selecting Show details and following the authentication prompts.

Delete the Source: Remove the connection entirely by selecting Delete source from the options menu. This will remove access to Ironclad content for AI-powered Answers.
