Setting up Ironclad as a Source

Connecting Ironclad to Guru makes your contract data searchable and accessible right where your team works. Use Ironclad as a Source to generate AI-powered answers from your contract information without manually creating Cards for every document.

Access Required

Guru Access: You need to be an Admin, Source Creator, or relevant custom role to set up Sources.

Ironclad Access: The authenticating user must have access to the Ironclad workspace and the specific contracts or workflows you want to sync.


Setting up Ironclad as a Source

  1. In Guru, go to Manage.
  2. Select Sources, then scroll to find Ironclad in the list of available sources.
  3. Click Add Source next to Ironclad.
  4. Select the content you want to sync (optional filtering by date).
  5. Authenticate using your Ironclad account credentials.
  6. Grant Guru permission to access your Ironclad data.
  7. Add a display name for the Source (optional) and click Connect Source.
  8. Assign which Guru Groups should have access to this content.

Permissions

  • When you connect Ironclad as a source in Guru, you'll permission that content in Guru. Learn more here.
  • If someone is not provided with access in Guru to this source, they will not see Ironclad results in searches or when chatting with Guru.
