Contacting Guru Support

If you need help using Guru, there are several ways to get answers quickly. This article explains how to access how-to resources, get in touch with support, and report issues.

Using in-app help options

When you're logged into Guru, you can easily access help from within the app.

  1. Click the question mark icon in the bottom-right corner of the screen.
  2. Select “Get help from Guru Support.”
  3. From here, you can:
    • Search our Help Center documentation for step-by-step guidance.
    • Chat with our our AI Support Bot for quick answers to common questions.
    • Reach out to speak with a Guru team member using the link provided in the chat window.


Submitting a support case

If you need to report a bug or speak with a person from our Support team, you can submit a case directly. (This option does not require being logged in to your Guru account)

  1. Go to this form: Submit a support case.
  2. Fill out the required fields with as much detail as possible. (You can include any relevant screenshots/attachments here, as well)
  3. Submit your request. Please allow us some time to review your inquiry. We generally respond within a few hours.
