Submitting a support case

If you need to report a bug or speak with a person from our Support team, you can submit a case directly. (This does not require being logged in to your Guru account).

  1. Go to this form: Submit a support case.
  2. Fill out the required fields with as much detail as possible. (You can include any relevant screenshots/attachments here, as well)
  3. Submit your request. Please allow us some time to review your inquiry. We generally respond within a few hours.
