The Card & Collection analytics dashboard helps you proactively create or update content based on search behavior and content demand. Use this data to assess gaps, optimize permissions, and understand which Cards are providing the most value to your team.

• Everything across your entire workspace

Edit access to at least one Collection as Owner, Author, or Editor)

• All Cards you can access across any Collection

Own specific Pages

• Only the Pages you own
• Adoption and Users & Groups dashboards

Own specific Knowledge Agents

• Only the Knowledge Agents you own

Viewer access everywhere

Accessing the Cards and Collections analytics dashboard

  1. Navigate to Analytics > Cards & Collections tab.

Understanding Cards and Collections reports

Card Views Over Time

  • This report shows the total number of card views over the selected timeframe, aggregated by week.

Most Viewed Cards (Top 20)

  • This report shows the most viewed cards for the selected timeframe, including total view count and the number of unique users who viewed each card.

Most Favorited Cards (Top 20)

  • This report shows the top favorited cards across the team’s workspace.

Most Followed Cards (Top 20)

  • This report shows the top followed cards across the team’s workspace.

User Events

  • This report shows the email address, date, and action type for actions taken by users in the workspace.

Successful Searches

  • This report shows keyword searches where an answer was returned.

Searches Producing No Results by User

  • This report shows keyword searches that returned no results. This does not include Guru Knowledge Agent responses and applies only to keyword searches. For Knowledge Agent insights, refer to the Knowledge Agent dashboard.

Card Verification

  • This report shows verification-related metrics. Only the date filter applies to verification metrics.

Verification Score Over Time

  • This report shows changes in the verification score over time. It is recommended to keep the verification score above 80%. Only the date filter applies to this report.

Unverified Cards by Verifiers (Top 20)

  • This report shows users and groups with the highest number of cards pending verification. Only the date filter applies to this report.

Most Urgent Cards to Verify (Top 20)

  • This report shows unverified cards with the highest view counts, indicating which cards are most urgent to verify.

Card Actions by Group (Top 20)

  • This report shows the types of actions taken in Guru by each group in the workspace.

Card Creation by Groups (Top 20)

  • This report shows which groups are creating the most cards.

User Impact

  • This report shows the actions taken by users within Guru.

Card Creation by Users (Top 20)

  • This report shows the top card creators across the team.

How to use Card & Collection analytics

Use the card and collection analytics dashboards to understand which cards are having the most impact across your team. Use these insights to strengthen your knowledge base and improve content quality over time.

  • Identify knowledge gaps by reviewing which cards are most viewed, followed, or favorited.
  • Evaluate verification status to see where improvements are needed and prioritize cards that require attention.
  • Identify power users by reviewing which users are most active and contributing the most content.
