Viewing Group Impact Analytics

The Group Impact analytics dashboard provides a comprehensive view of how each Group in your workspace is engaging with Guru. All user actions are counted toward every Group the user belongs to, giving team managers a clear picture of team-wide adoption and contribution.

Accessing the Group Impact analytics dashboard

  1. Navigate to Analytics in the Guru web app.
  2. Click the Group Impact tab.

Understanding Group Impact reports

Below is a summary of the dashboard widgets and what they show:

Card creation by group

  • Horizontal bar chart showing the total number of Cards created by each Group during the selected timeframe.
  • Helps identify which Groups are contributing the most or least content to Guru.
  • Download the report as a CSV to view all Groups.

Card actions by group

  • Horizontal stacked bar chart showing actions performed by each Group:
    • Views
    • Cards created
    • Cards copied
    • Cards verified
    • Comments created
  • Use this to analyze the types of content interactions happening across Groups.
  • Download the report as a CSV to see all data.

Feature usage by group

  • Horizontal stacked bar chart showing:
    • Searches
    • Questions asked
    • Questions answered
    • Cards followed
    • Cards favorited
  • Helps track which Groups are using Guru’s knowledge discovery and Q&A features.
  • Download the report as a CSV to explore the full dataset.

Announcement read rates by group

  • Horizontal bar chart showing the percentage of announcements read by each Group during the selected timeframe.
  • Indicates announcement engagement at the Group level.
  • Download the report as a CSV for complete data.

Announcement send rates by group

  • Horizontal bar chart showing the number of announcements sent by members of each Group during the selected timeframe.
  • Highlights which Groups are actively communicating through announcements.
  • Download the report as a CSV to see all sending activity.

Downloading and scheduling report delivery
