Viewing Answers Analytics

Guru's Answers feature uses generative AI to deliver accurate, trusted responses to user questions. The Answers analytics dashboard helps Admins monitor how effectively Answers is serving their team—highlighting where users are finding information and where gaps may exist.

Access Required

The Answers analytics dashboard is available to Guru Admins on All-in-One or Enterprise plans with the Answers feature enabled.


Accessing the Answers analytics dashboard

  1. Navigate to Analytics in the Guru web app.
  2. Click the Answers tab.

Understanding Answers reports

The Answers dashboard includes the following reports:

Answered Questions

  • Table listing all answered questions within the selected timeframe.
  • Includes:
    • First and last name of the user who asked each question
    • Date the question was asked
  • Scroll to view all rows, or download the report as a CSV.
  • Use this data to:
    • Identify which users and Groups are using Answers
    • Spot recurring themes or commonly asked topics

Unanswered Questions

  • Table listing all unanswered questions from the selected timeframe.
  • Includes:
    • First and last name of the user
    • Date the question was asked
  • Scroll to view all rows, or download the report as a CSV.
  • Use this report to:
    • Identify knowledge gaps
    • Prioritize content creation or updates to address these gaps

Visit the AI Training Center to review the last 90 days of questions, answers, and their source content. From this dashboard, you can reassign flagged or unanswered questions to subject matter experts to improve future responses.
