Answers Analytics

Guru's Answers feature uses generative AI to provide reliable, accurate answers to questions. The Answers analytics dashboard provides reports to help workspace admins identify the areas where Guru users are and are not finding answers.

Access Required

The Answers analytics dashboard is visible to Guru admins of workspaces on All-in-one or Enterprise Guru plans with the Answers feature enabled.

Note

All Analytics widgets will update every 1-2 hours with your team's information. Analytics data will go back to the date that the user started using Guru.

Accessing the Answers analytics dashboard

Navigate to the Analytics in the web app and click on the Answers tab.

Understanding Answers reports

Below is a summary of each widget and the insights provided:

Answered Questions

• A table displaying all of the answered questions asked in Guru for the specified timeframe, including the first and last name of the person who asked the question and the date asked.
• Scroll to view all rows (i.e. all questions) or download the report as a CSV.
• Use this report to determine which Groups and users are asking questions in Guru, as well as spot trends or themes with the types of questions or the subject areas of the questions.

Unanswered Questions

• A table displaying all of the unanswered questions asked in Guru for the specified timeframe, including the first and last name of the person who asked the question and the date asked.
• Scroll to view all rows (i.e. all questions) or download the report as a CSV.
• Use this report to fill in knowledge gaps where Guru was unable to answer a question.

Frequently Asked Questions about analytics for Guru Answers

As a workspace admin, how do I know if my team is receiving adequate answers to their questions? Can I help resolve my team's unanswered or flagged questions?
Take a look at the AI Training Center. This feature lists the last 90 days of questions and answers alongside the sources the answer was pulled from. From the dashboard, you can even reassign flagged questions to be answered by a subject matter expert in your workspace.
