Setting up ClickUp as a Source

Connecting ClickUp as a source in Guru allows teams to automatically sync project management content—such as tasks, docs, and updates—into Guru, making it easier to centralize knowledge and keep documentation up-to-date without duplicating work.

Access Required

Guru Access: You need to be an Admin in Guru to set up Sources.

ClickUp Access: You will need your ClickUp Admin credentials to connect the Source.

Setting Up ClickUp as a Source

  1. Navigate to Manage > Sources.
  2. Select ClickUp from the icon menu.
  3. Click Authorize Access and click Next.
  4. Review objects synched and click Next.
  5. Use the Date filter to select the date from which you'd like to sync data.
  6. Follow the prompts to login to your ClickUp account.
  7. Select the ClickUp workspace you'd like to connect, then select Connect.
  8. Once you've finished connecting, you can Add a display name for this Source, followed by Connect.
  9. The next screen will allow you to set Permissions.
