You've documented important and/or time-sensitive information in Guru Cards, now it's time to share with your team!
When you send an announcement, team members will be prompted to read the Card (either in Guru, Slack, Teams, or email) and acknowledge that they’ve read the information. You can then get a report of who’s read the Card, and make sure everyone’s on the same page.
With announcements you can:
Send immediately, or schedule an announcement for the future.
Ensure that users (both individuals and Groups) have read a Card.
See viewer reactions to the information via emoji or comment.
Analyze who has and has not read the Card.
Ensure that message isn't missed with automatic reminders.
