Sign in natively via your email and password
Use the Sign in with Google button (Google Auth or OAuth)

My team uses an Identity Provider and I'm having trouble signing in through the Guru web app.
Once SSO is turned on for your team, Guru users can only log in through the Identity Provider. If you're not familiar with navigating your team's Identity Provider, please loop in an Admin.
Admins can always log in to Guru via username and password as a failsafe. If you're an Admin in Guru and are still having trouble signing in through the Guru web app, it's possible that you have not set up a native login just yet. To create a native login, you can follow the steps below:
Log out of your Guru account
Navigate to https://app.getguru.com/signin/new-user
Using the SAME EMAIL that was connected to your SSO provider, fill in First Name, Last Name, and Email, and create a new Password.
Click the green button Create Account (this is not creating a new Guru account, just reconnecting your user to your current Guru instance)
You will then receive an email notification with a verification link to authenticate the change.
Click the link and sign in.
Guru should appear the same as before with all of your Collections and content.
I'm signed in to Guru, but I can't see any of my team's content. What should I do?
If you cannot see any of your team's content upon sign-in, it's possible that you've joined a duplicate team or created a trial team. For more assistance, send us a chat using the widget located at the bottom right-hand corner of this page or email us at support@getguru.com.
How can I change an email address in Guru?
Check out this article for details on how to edit the email you use to sign in to Guru.
I'm trying to reset my password, but I'm not receiving an email with a reset link. Can you help?
There are a few reasons why this could be occurring, so let's break them down!
a. The email may be falling into your spam folder, or could be getting restricted by IT. Please ensure your team allows emails from notify@getguru.com.
b. If you've only signed in through Google, there's no password to reset because a native login has not been created! You should be able to sign in once you select the "Sign in through Google" button.
c. If you don't have a native login and SSO is enabled, there is no password to reset. Can you please try signing in to your Identity Provider before navigating back to app.getguru.com?
d. If you don't have a native login and your team has disabled SSO as a sign in method, please try creating an account using the same exact email address you used to login before and adding a password to go with your email address. This creates a native login for you to use at app.getguru.com moving forward.
I've been invited to a Guru team, but I haven't received an invitation email.
If you're having trouble receiving emails from Guru, check out this article for common troubleshooting methods.
If you know that you've been invited, you can also proceed with creating a native username and password on our Sign Up page, you should then receive a verification link to your email to finish up the process.
