You must be an Admin to see and manage your Billing page.
How do I change my payment information?
Navigate to your Billing Page
Under the Plan details header, select Update Payment Method
Note that you will not be able to fill out the Payment Method without first filling out the required Company Info. Likewise, if there is an error in one field, you will not be able to proceed past that field until it is resolved
How do I change or add billing contacts?
Under “Company Info,” you can change the primary email receiving invoices, as well as enter “Additional Emails” who will also receive invoices from Guru.
How do I see my past invoices?
We store all of your past Guru invoices in your Billing Page under the Invoices header.
What credit cards can I use to pay for Guru?
You can pay for Guru via American Express, Visa, Discover, MasterCard, or JCB credit card.
How can I pay using an invoice?
If you want to pay for Guru via invoice instead of credit card, send us a chat from the bottom right-hand corner of this page or reach out to your Account Executive.
How do I change my physical address?
If you want to change your company’s physical address, send us a chat from the bottom right-hand corner of this page or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
My team is locked. What should I do?
