Users are not receiving their Guru invitations

If you have already invited your Guru users and they don't receive their email invitations, it's largely due to internal security measures which we unfortunately cannot circumvent.

Since you've already invited these users, they can go directly to app.getguru.com and register with the email address with which they were invited. After that, they should receive an email from Guru containing a link to verify their account. If they don't receive this verification email, please have them check their Spam folder and ensure that your email system can receive emails from notify@getguru.com.

If the user is still not receiving the email, please reach out to support@getguru.com for further help!


💡 Tip

To streamline your invitation process, you can enable Domain Discovery. This will allow anyone with the @[your domain] email domain to join your team. Whenever a new user joins your team, be aware that it will impact your billing count.
