Analytics provides insight into how your content is performing and who is utilizing your Cards. Information on which users are accessing certain Cards empowers you to tailor your approach to the team and build out assets while understanding what is enabling reps to close tickets or deals faster. You can also confirm that new reps are reading the onboarding Cards.
Understanding Card usage and details
At the top of a Card, click the ellipses to open the More options menu and select the Card usage and details. From this view, you can see many data points, including:

When and by whom the Card was last verified.
How many views, copies, favorites, and follows the Card has received, either across its entire existence, since its last edit, or since its last verification.
Who has read the Card, and who has not.
A Revision History of any edits made to the Card.
A list of Cards that link to the Card in a dedicated tab.
Card details can also be exported as a CSV file with columns containing reader first names, last names, email addresses, their views since last update, and their follows since last update.
💡 Tip
Evaluating Card usage with Analytics
❗Important
You will only be able to view Guru Analytics data on the content within the Collections that you have Author access to.
1. Navigate to Analytics in the web app.
2. Under the Collections tab look at the list of Cards under Most Viewed Cards.
3. Click on the number of views to open a chart of how many times users have viewed each Card.
From here, you will see a list of the users who have viewed the Card the most.
💡 Tips
In the context of Sales or Support reps who have hit or exceeded team KPIs, discuss with those reps how they used their most viewed content and share their learnings with the wider team. This way, everyone on their team can improve by utilizing winning assets.
Themes emerging from Cards utilized by top-performing reps can also be gathered and shared at a regular cadence, creating a feedback loop between customer-facing teams and a Product or Marketing team.
Drill into individual users' usage by clicking the ellipsis next to the number to the right of their name in the User Views section.
💡Tip
In the individual user drill down, review their most popular Cards. In the context of Human Resources or People Ops and onboarding management, you can use these metrics to check to see that new hires are engaging with their onboarding information.
✍️ Note
