Content Performance is enabled on a Collection level by Admins. Here are the instructions on how to set up Content Performance for your team.

Content Performance is a tool that enables sales and marketing teams to:

  • Track content sent to prospects, and determine whether they've been clicked.

  • Measure the total amount of opportunities influenced.

  • Identify top performers and get visibility into what they've sent.

  • Determine which assets are most valuable during which stages of the buyer's journey.

There are two components to Content Performance:

  1. Content Tracking - this is how reps send trackable content to prospects.

  2. Content Performance Analytics - connects the trackable content reps have sent to Salesforce accounts to illustrate insights around opportunities influenced, deal stage, and more!
