MaestroQA is an omni-channel quality platform to coach agents to meet increasing customer expectations. MaestroQA has built an integration that allows a CX manager to more seamlessly recommend relevant content from Guru, directly within the MaestroQA manager dashboard. Support agents will then take action by reviewing the recommended Guru content in how to improve their skills. Managers can then confirm their agent has reviewed the recommended content within Guru Analytics.


Builder or Expert Edition of Guru and MaestroQA license is required.
