Guru web app The Guru web app is your one-stop site to view your team's content, assess analytics, and handle billing. From the dashboard, feature important Cards to give quick access to the information your team needs. From Team Settings, invite and manage users and their Groups, manage apps and integrations and customize your team's name, logo, and theme.
Content Migration Migrate your existing content from several different sources into your Guru knowledge base to see immediate adoption and value.
Knowledge Sync: Overview Sync content from external sources where your team is already working, such as Zendesk, Confluence, and Salesforce.
Understanding Collections Learn how to segment your Guru account in support of cross-departmental access and use.
Announcements Notify your team of critical new or existing knowledge they need to read and have them certify that they've actually done so, with room to ask follow-up questions and share reactions.
Personalized recommendations The dashboard shows recommendations based on the knowledge you read, and what your peers find useful.
Slack and Teams integrations Guru's chat integrations let you search for, share, verify, and document information on your own time, where your team already works. You can opt to receive Guru notifications in either of these applications.
Knowledge Triggers Automatically surface Cards for your team where they're working, so you can ensure they're leveraging the right materials and following designated processes.
Invite Users Invite new users, manage your users and the Collections, Boards, and Board Groups they can access, and what role they will play per Collection.
Creating and Managing Groups Organize your users with a scalable team structure in Guru via Groups.
Collection Permission Determine the role (Collection Owner, Author, or Read Only) each Group will have on a per Collection basis. Board Group and Board permissions open up Read Only access to Groups outside of Collection-level permission settings.
Search for content Now, the knowledge you need to do your job is always at your fingertips. With Guru's advanced search functionality, you can look up quick answers and product details right where you already work.
Follow Cards and Authors. Subscribe to updates on the information that matters most to you, so that you never miss a beat.
Verification Your team now has a single source of truth to browse with up-to-date, expert-verified information. When knowledge is unverified, the assigned verifier receives a notification that it's time to update.
Card Manager Easily organize and manage content as a Collection Owner or Author with bulk actions and filtering using the Card Manager.
Analytics Assess your entire team's usage and gain insights on specific users and the content they're using via Guru Analytics.
Guru's Browser Extension The browser extension allows you and your team to access Guru as an overlay of your work, so you can easily create content based on what you're working on or reference resources all without leaving your workflow.
Payment & Billing Upgrade (and subscribe) to Guru or update your team's billing information on Guru's Billing Page, which can be found under your avatar in the web app.
