Azure SSO for Guru
Optimize Single Sign On (SSO) for your team's Guru account with Microsoft Azure.
In another tab, sign in to the Azure portal as an Admin.
Navigate to Azure Active Directory > Enterprise Applications.
Under “Create Your Own Application” select “Integrate any other application you don’t find in the gallery."
You can enter “Guru” as the name of the App.
Next, under the “Manage” section on the left-hand column, select Single Sign On: SAML.
For Step #1 on the “Set up Single Sign-On with SAML,” retrieve the Single Sign On URL and Audience URI from your Guru SSO page.
In Azure, edit the configuration by setting Identifier (Entity ID) as the Audience URI from Guru and Reply URL as the Single Sign on URL from Guru.
For Step #2 on that page, ensure that the configuration replicates the below screenshot.
NOTE: Capitalization matters.
Next, ensure the the following mappings are input into the Guru SSO page:
Identity Provider Single Sign-On Url is Login URL.
Identity Provider Issuer is Azure AD Identifier.
You can get the X.509 Certificate from the Certificate (Base64) opened as a text file.
Once this is entered you can Enable SSO on that page.
Once you’ve finished configuring the Guru App, you will be prompted to test the connection in Azure. Then you are all set!
