Kustomer: Knowledge Sync

To setup your Kustomer Knowledge Sync:
Navigate to the Web App and click on your Avatar on the top-right corner.
Select Team Settings from the dropdown menu.
Select the Knowledge Sync from the left sidebar
Click Sync a New Collection and select Kustomer as the External App Type.
Fill in the fields below using information from your Kustomer Account.
Kustomer Domain: Locate your Knowledge base URL in Kustomer by selecting Configuration under your Settings tab as seen below. Once located, copy and paste the full domain URL into Guru under "Kustomer Domain".
Generate an API key in Kustomer by selecting API keys in Settings under Security and clicking on "New API Key"
Name your API key and select the role of "org.admin.api.read" from the dropdown. Then, select an expiration date, or choose No Expiration.
Once your token is generated, copy it from Kustomer and paste it into Guru under API Token.
User Email - Enter your email address that is connected to your Guru login.
Collection Name - Type what you want your synced Collection to be called, i.e. "Kustomer Sync"
Assign a Collection Owner to the Knowledge Sync. The Group you select must have users in it.
Choose to turn Verification OFF or ON for the Knowledge Sync.
Once you've filled out all of the fields, click "Save."
NOTE: Once you click save, please allow up to 24 hours for the initial sync to go through.
Navigate to the Knowledge Tab and select the Collection to which you’ve synced.
